Peppermint cooling spray- the best!

I am struggling with hot flashes and do not want to take any more medication so I tried the Peppermint Cooling Spray and I am VERY HAPPY to say it works like a dream to get rid of the hot flashes. I also use it after my shower to cool me down so I can apply my makeup without sweating it off!
