Directions: Place 1 heaping tablespoon of dried herb into a tea bag or steeper. Place into a tea cup, mug or non-metal pot, and pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herbs. Let steep, covered, for 10 minutes.

Best for asthma and sinuses

I cannot go a season change with out my bronchi and sinuses acting up. This really helps nip it in the butt. Plus a little local honey and I'll drink it all day.
