Flavor Notes:

Directions: Place 1 heaping tablespoon of dried herb into a tea bag or steeper. Place into a tea cup, mug or non-metal pot, and pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herbs. Let steep, covered, for 10 minutes.

👌 wow!

I am new to using herbs as a option to medicine. I was worried to try this for sleep, as all the other options I was giving had failed. I'm not able to sleep at night and when I finally do, I wake every couple hours. I messaged to ask if this really worked and was responded with this as a option as for a tincture. I have high tolerance to alot of things I've tried. And have been scammed out of money. But this, did the work on the first night with just a tablespoon of the mix and a boiling cup of water! Happy I gave this a try and definitely will be returning for more when I'm done with my sample bag! Prices are great and def worth it! Thanks!
