Damiana has a common use as an aphrodisiac and alleviation of menupausal symptoms, PMS, and gastric distress. We carry both the dried herb and a ready made tincture for less hassle on the go!

Directions: Shake well, contents may settle. Take 1/2-2 dropper fulls under the tongue (or diluted into 1 oz of any strong flavored beverage) per day as needed. Adjust dosage as needed based on personal metabolic needs.
