Looking for the perfect relaxing blend to increase your flow? Take this tea to achieve an “out of the here and now” mindset. 

Directions: For flavor: Place 1 heaping tablespoon of dried herb into a tea bag or steeper. Place into a tea cup, mug, or non-metal pot and pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herbs. Let steep, covered, for 15 minutes. For effect: Leave steeping for 30 minutes.
