Elder flower blossoms and rose water combine in this traditional cleanser that's suitable for all skin types. Especially effective on oily skin, this toner leaves skin feeling refreshed!

Directions: Shake well. Spray directly on the face and wipe clean, or spray on a cotton ball and apply to feshly washed face or in place of normal cleaning routine.
