You do it every day — when you walk into a room, meet someone new, or feel something shift without knowing why.

This class isn’t about giving you a new ability.
It’s about helping you recognize, trust, and refine what’s already happening.

This is a hands-on, practice-based class where you’ll actually feel energy — not just talk about it.

In this class, we’ll explore how energy shows up through:

✨ Physical sensations in the body
✨ Emotional knowing
✨ Visual impressions or inner imagery
✨ Thought-based messages that drop in

You’ll practice:
🤲 Placing hands over another person’s energy field
🧠 Naming what you feel, sense, or perceive
💬 Using clear language like “I’m sensing…” or “I’m feeling…”
🃏 Reading oracle cards through emotional and energetic understanding — not just definitions

We’ll also go deeper into:
🧠 The difference between receiving vs. overthinking
👁️ Neutral observation — naming before interpreting
🛡️ Energetic consent and ethical alignment
🌱 How to stay grounded while reading
🧹 How to avoid holding onto other people’s energy
🔄 How to close your field and call your energy back after a reading

This class will help you trust your perception, speak what you’re sensing, and feel more confident in your intuitive abilities.

You don’t need to try harder.
