Roll on :(

Hello,
I have used the tinture only a couple of times, and tried to use the Roll On but for some reason the ball does not roll. I have to take the ball and plastic top out in order to get the oil, which I then apply with my finger... so no a big fan.
The whole thing gives me a head ache ;-)
I think the tinture works good but I need to used it a bit more before I can give a more meaninfull feedback.
