About the Instructor
Linda is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She also holds certificates through Madison College in Women’s Health Issues, Stress Management, Energy Healing (Reiki I & II), and Mindfulness & Meditation Techniques. Her approach blends gentle movement, energetic awareness, and compassionate guidance.
