I have been using alternative allergen tinctures for years. 3 different bottles every spring, 4 different ones in fall, to combat general allergies to pollen, molds, the environment in general. I replaced them all with one bottle of Nettle tincture. I have been using this exclusively since March or so of this year, to combat allergens. Guess what it works. And what a time saver to only have to take one thing. If you supplement for health, you know what I mean. I do it 3 times a day, 1/2 dropper in the am, a half dropper in my wellness drink that I sip throughout the day, and a 1/2 dropper at night. shhhh, I can even skip a day without consequence. Aurora puts a lot of love and thought into her products. Organic, homemade goodness. Thank you.
I take a nettle supplement and decided to try the extract. I feel 10-15 drops a day keeps my mild allergies at bay. I also feel that local nettle is probably better than buying some supplement that comes from who knows where. The price is fair. It's strong flavored but not any different than super strong nettle tea.
